I am based in Kingston, Jamaica, I have an office in my house but I generally like to do my sessions where the child is most comfortable, such as, home, school or, in some cases, a park. Meeting a child on their 'territory' prevents a lot of emotional 'first meeting' barriers. However, I only travel within the Kingston area. It is critical that I have all parties involved with the child on board, parents, care-givers, helpers,teachers. The recommendations I give have to be consistent and followed by everybody that has an influential contact with the child on a daily basis. My session alone can empower the child and help work through certain issues but this child has to go back into the same environment and unless everyone else is on-board the child will slip very quickly back into their old ways. Adults have the luxury of choosing to go to therapy and taking what they learned in the session to all aspects of their lives, children do not and need the guidance of the adults around them to steer them in a positive direction.

I work very closely with a foundation helping parents and adults to help children with special needs.
